These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MyanTop's automated mobile top-up platform. By creating an account, funding your wallet, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any applicable regulations. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
Our Services
MyanTop provides automated mobile credit top-ups across supported Myanmar carriers, along with a prepaid digital wallet. Services may change, be updated, or be discontinued at any time with or without notice.
User Responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, including a valid phone number and payment details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Payments and Top-Ups
Top-ups are paid using dynamic MMQR banking channels or your prepaid MyanTop wallet balance. You are responsible for ensuring the recipient phone number and carrier selection are correct before confirming a payment.
Refunds and Failed Transactions
If a top-up fails after all automated retries, the system will attempt to refund the amount to your wallet balance or record it for manual operator clearance. Refunds are issued solely at our discretion and in accordance with platform error policies.
Prohibited Activities
You may not misuse the platform, attempt to bypass security controls, engage in fraudulent transactions, use automated scraping tools, or use the service for any unlawful purpose. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
Intellectual Property
All content, branding, software, and platform design are the property of MyanTop. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the platform without prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyanTop is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including carrier gateway outages, payment gateway delays, or data loss.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violating these Terms or for other reasons, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
